1Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use rich2club services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person.
• Not prohibited from participating in gambling activities for any applicable legal reason.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Creating multiple accounts under your own name or someone else's is strictly prohibited. rich2club reserves the right to merge or close any duplicate accounts detected, and any balance held in those accounts may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended without prior notice.

Rich2club reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, or recent utility bill.

2Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rich2club supports the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank cards. Available payment methods may vary from time to time depending on provider availability.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment is confirmed.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.
• Rich2club does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and KYC verification before approval.
• Withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days after approval.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the member's name.
• Rich2club reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the rollover requirement is fulfilled if a bonus has been activated.

3Bonuses & Promotions

Rich2club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus has its own clearly stated terms and conditions listed on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering) that must be met before withdrawal is allowed. The rollover ratio will be stated on each promotion offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members within the specified promotional period.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

4User Responsibilities

As a registered rich2club member, you are fully responsible for all activities that take place within your account. This includes:

• Ensuring that the personal information in your account is always accurate and up to date.
• Notifying rich2club immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or money laundering.
• Not attempting to use automated software, bots, or any method that could manipulate game outcomes.

You also confirm that you are playing with your own legally obtained funds, and not borrowed funds or funds obtained through unlawful means. rich2club is not liable for any financial losses arising from your gaming activity.

5Security & Privacy

6Game Rules

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Any dispute claims must be submitted within 24 hours.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during an active round, rich2club reserves the right to void that round and refund the original bet.
